Those of us who have been lucky enough to have grandparents would of at some point spent a meal time with them.

Meals at their’s were always the best, right?

Somehow they had the knack to make things beyond nice, everything was always soon good!

Can you remember the little tales, stories or rules they used to put on the dinner table?

The biggest one is always …. ‘you can’t leave the table until you have cleared your plate’

Something we are big on in the studio is eating habits.

Until these have been sorted, then good luck trying to introduce anything else in.

Without knowing it or being conscious of it, many of us are still living by the beliefs of others, or from past experience.

Eating this will do this, eating that will do that, rushing things, leaving food to waste.

Believe it or not some of us are still programmed to do this.

Clearing up all the food that is put in front of you can be a sure fire way to moving further away from your goals. ( not always)

We have had first hand experience in this with clients, that they just eat everything, and it has in some cases tied back to what they had been taught growing up.

What were you told when you were younger? how did it affect you?

Maybe its not just to do with foods either?
