Everyone seems to be porridge mad at the moment.

But is a plain bowl of porridge any good for you? and are you getting bored of it?

On its own its pretty empty nutrients wise which is why we always advise chucking in some nuts, flaxseed, berries to add a protein content to it and just make it a little more nutritious and exciting at the same time.
