These are all the things running around peoples minds before they come in, because of fear.
We have even had people turn up shaking!
Thats why i congratulate them on actually turning up for the first time, because they have overcome there fears.
Fears are ultimately the things that hold us back.
We want to change what we are doing, looking, feeling but are just fearful of…
Not getting results
Its only once you just decide to challenge the fear and take the next step that you will see progress, no matter how big or small it is.
Today i want to give you action steps…
Find out what your fears are..
Grab a pen and paper and write down 4 things that you don’t want to happen.
Then write down 3 things of why you haven’t already hit your results.
Then ask yourself why again…. these are your fears or excuses …
